National Mental Health Groups and Associations
National Alliance on Mental Illness is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.NAMI offers a wealth of resources and educational materials to support communities nationwide

to improve mental health and eradicate stigma.
Psychology Today
Psychology Today not only provides many educational resources about mental illness but also has tools to help people find the help they need via therapy and other treatment options. You can even refine your search for local therapists by insurance networks and the mental issues you would like help with.
National Coalition for Mental Health Recovery
The National Coalition for Mental Health Recovery is a non-profit that advocates for mental health patients, giving them a voice in the development and implementation of healthcare policies in the U.S. Learn more on their website.
